A Sketch of the Clock Making Business: 1792-1892
By Hiram Camp
Hiram Camp (1811-1893), a nephew of Chauncey Jerome and long associated with the New Haven Clock Company and its predecessors, wrote this historical sketch shortly before his death in 1893. It was discovered in the files of the New Haven Clock Company 43 years later.
